3 TIPS FOR A FLAT STOMACH
I started a weekly series with Max Effort Muscle called Women Wednesdays! This week, I break down my top 3 tips for a flat stomach!
Step 1 - Banded Crunches
Using a lighter resistance allows you to focus on the contraction and squeeze in the six-pack region! Make sure to crunch all the way down to the floor AND get a big stretch at the top.
Aim for 20-25 reps per set.
Step 2 - Vacuum Holds
Focusing on squeezing your inner corset will help you achieve a smaller waistline! Brace yourself by putting your hands on a machine or bench. As you exhale, focus on bringing your belly button to the back of your spine.
Aim for three 10-second holds
