Hey, what's up! I'm Kiki.

Just like my name implies, I like fun, positivity, and a smidge of crazy! I'm an IFBB Bikini Professional and live for all things fitness, lifting, and food!

Prior to getting into the fitness and competing lifestyle, I was a competitive cheerleader and dancer my whole life. Growing up on a farm in a small town in Southeast Ohio, I have the work ethic to produce results and the personality to inspire you.

I promise you I will ALWAYS be your biggest cheerleader.

I'm a NASM certified personal trainer and specialize in creating fitnes and nutrition plans to help you realize just how strong you are and finding a good balance with your healthy lifestyle.

I'm a bikini competition prep coach and IFBB competitor, so you'll find. me sharing my journey to Shred Town and keeping things interesting to help motivate and inspire you!

We're in the thick of prep! 

I always find the middle of prep to be the most difficult. Cardio is higher, food is lower, and the physique changes are a bit harder to spot.

Consistency is key. The day to day can seem monotonous. This is when trusting in the process and in your coach is absolutely key.

Head down, always giving Max Effort.

Meal 1: Shrimp, Oats, Berries
