INGREDIENTS

• 1 Scoop Max Effort Tri-Blend OR Plant Based Protein Powder
• 1-2tbsp Sugar Free Pudding Mix
• 6 ounces COLD Unsweetened Almond Milk (or milk of choice)
• ¼ tsp xanthan gum, optional
• Sprinkles or Mix-ins of choice

DIRECTIONS

1. Combine all ingredients in a tall container, glass, etc.
2. Blend for 2 minutes with an immersion blender, personal blender, or whisk (to get some extra arm pumps in!)
3. Place in fridge until set
4. Top and combine with any mix-ins and sprinkles of your choice
