SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping

Supplements can be shipped to all 50 states within the United States as well as overseas APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. 

  • All United States orders are shipped via FedEx unless expressed otherwise.
  • Estimated time of order fulfillment is 1-3 business days.
  • Estimated time of delivery from when the order is placed is 3-6 business days (shipping and fulfillment times may be extended during busier times such as sales, holidays, and unforeseen events such as natural disasters).
  • Tracking information will be sent to the email address that was input during checkout once order is shipped.
  • If your ship to address cannot receive a certain postal carrier, please reach out to our support team at customersupport@maxeffortmuscle.com for assistance.

International Shipping

Supplements can also be shipped internationally.

  • Most International shipments will be sent via FedEx International, aside from lightweight shipments, which may be sent using USPS International.

*International orders may be subject to customs fees.  Your country's customs department may be more sensitive to assessing these fees. Shipping costs charged by Max Effort Muscle do not include customs duties and taxes. These additional fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Confirmation Emails

We will send you a shipping confirmation email to the email address provided during checkout at the time the order is shipped.

Order Tracking

The tracking number sent via email may not update until the postal carrier initially scans it in. Please give the tracking number 24 hours to initially update.

RETURN PROCESS

All incoming returns are tracked and anticipated, so before sending a shipment back to us we ask that you contact our customer support team with the details of your inquiry. If you send an item back without contacting our support we will be unable to issue you a refund. Once approved by our support team, returns can be sent back to our warehouse at:

If Max Effort Muscle has made a mistake during the packaging of your order, a return label will be sent to you free of charge. For all other returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the shipment is received by our team, we will be able to issue you a refund for the subtotal of your order. This means we will refund you what you paid for the product(s) deducting any discounts used for the purchase. If you send in a package that is unidentifiable, we will be unable to refund you, so be sure to have the name the order was placed under visible in or on the package, along with your order number.
