Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 scoop of Vanilla Cinnamon Plant Protein
  • 1/4 cup of Almond Flour
  • Water (as needed, see video)
  • Blueberries (a handful or more!)
  • Butter (for the skillet)
  • Agave nectar (for syrup)

Directions:

  1. Crack 1 egg into a mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk until well combined.
  3. Add in 1 scoop of Vanilla Cinnamon Plant Protein.
  4. Add 1/4 cup of Almond Flour.
  5. Pour in a bit of water—start with a small amount and add more as needed until you reach your desired consistency.
  6. Whisk until everything is smooth and well combined.
  7. Fold in some fresh blueberries.
  8. Heat up your skillet and add a bit of butter to prevent sticking.
  9. Pour the batter into small pancake portions.
  10. Cook until you see small bubbles forming on the surface, then flip 'em.
  11. Let the pancakes rest for a minute after flipping to cook through.
  12. Top with a drizzle of agave nectar for the perfect finish!
