INGREDIENTS
3.5 cups of cereal (about 140g)
2 tbsp light butter (I used country crock light)
140g Marshmallows (a little less than half a bag of marshmallows)
1 scoop Max Effort Tri-Blend Protein (I used chocolate)

PROTEIN FROSTING
2 Scoops Max Effort Tri-Blend Protein
2 tbsp Powdered Sugar Substitute
4 tbsp Milk of choice

DIRECTIONS
Spray a baking pan or container with non-stick spray and set aside
Microwave the butter for 20-30 seconds until melted
Add the marshmallows and microwave in 30 sec. Intervals until melted
Stir in the Max Effort Protein until combined
Add in the cereal of choice and combine until fully coated
Pour the coated cereal into your container and press down the mixture
Make The frosting by combining the three ingredients together (I also added in green food coloring for the St Pattyβs day theme!)
Dip, Pour, or Spread evenly on your bars
