If you’ve ever wished for cookie dough that doesn’t come with the guilt, these Protein Cookie Dough Bites might just be your new favorite snack! They’re no-bake, easy to make, and packed with protein—so you can keep your gains and satisfy that sweet tooth. All you need is a bowl, a few basic ingredients, and some fridge time. Perfect for those snack cravings between meals, after workouts, or anytime you need a quick, tasty protein boost.

Whether you want to add chocolate chips, Halloween sprinkles, or even dip them in chocolate, these bites give you the freedom to add a little extra flavor and flair. Ingredients
- 4 scoops Max Effort Muscle Whey Protein
- ½ cup Oat Flour
- 5 tbsp Light Butter (I used Blue Bonnet Light)
- 6 tbsp Sugar Substitute (or regular sugar)
- 2 tbsp Sugar Free Pancake Syrup
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Pinch of Salt
- Optional: 1-2 tbsp Chocolate Chips, sprinkles, etc.
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients except for the protein powder.
- Add protein powder last and mix until you reach a cookie dough consistency.
- Fold in any preferred mix-ins, like Halloween sprinkles or mini chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Form into bites using silicone molds, roll into balls, or press onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Dip bites in melted chocolate, if desired.
- Return bites to the fridge to firm up.
- Keep refrigerated and enjoy!
