¼ Cup Canned Pumpkin
2 tbsp Coconut Flour (or other flour)
1.5 scoops Pumpkin Tri-Blend Protein
2 Egg Whites OR ⅓ cup Liquid Egg Whites
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Mix All ingredients together to form a batter
Spoon into mini muffin tin (I used a festive silicone skull pan
Bake for 8 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean **do not overbake
Let cool and top with a powdered sugar, nut butter or protein powder glaze
