2 tbsp Light Butter (I used Blue Bonnet Light)
2 tbsp Sugar Free Pancake Syrup
1 tbsp Coconut Sugar (or any sugar works)
1 tbsp Stevia
1 Scoop Max Effort Tri-Blend Protein (any flavor)
Directions
Combine the first 4 ingredients together
Microwave for 30 seconds
Stir until smooth
Stir/Wisk in 1 scoop of protein powder
Let cool and enjoy!
