Introducing... my Vanilla Tri-Blend Protein Lemon Cheesecake Bars.
These simple-to-make, DIVINE protein bars will impress the pickiest of eaters. Let's get started.
INGREDIENTS:
2 Scoops Max Effort Vanilla Protein
2 1/4 Cups Oats
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
3 Single Serving Lemonade Drink Mixes (OR 1 pitcher packet)
1 Cup Baking Stevia
1 Cup Low-fat Cottage Cheese (I used Lactaid CC)
2 Cups Unsweetened Applesauce
1 Cup Egg Whites
1 Cup Water (I mixed mine with 1/2 scoop of Lemonade Amino Recovery)
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350
Blend all dry ingredients in a blender
Blend in wet Ingredients
Pour into greased 9x13 pan
Bake for 25-30 minutes - the top should "crack" when it' cooked through
Cut into bars and enjoy! (Keep leftovers in fridge)
