Morning workouts make it more difficult to have a bad day. Being a #4amcrew guy for years, I've thought about this quite a bit...
#1 I've walked in with "bad days" more times than I can count, only to walk out the door afterwards super optimistic and happy.
#2 If you can get your feet on the floor, in front of the mirror, and convince yourself to go to the gym, you win. Look at it as a daily win or loss. It's that simple.
#3Β I can't think of one time I walked out ofΒ the gym at 5:30amΒ wishing I didn't go.
I'veΒ accomplished so much by 7:00amΒ that it's impossible for me to be hard on myself about something being bad.Β
