TORTURE CIRCUIT: 1-2 SETS
Dumbell Military Press – 50 reps
Jump Rope, Run or Lunges – 1 minute
Dumbell Bicep Curls – 50 reps
Jump Rope, Run or Lunges – 1 minute
Dumbell Kickbacks – 50 reps
Jump Rope, Run or Lunges – 1 minute
Lateral raises – 50 reps
Jump Rope, Run or Lunges – 1 minute
Hammer Curls – 50 reps
Jump Rope, Run or Lunges – 1 minute
Dumbell Skullcrushers – 50 reps
Jump Rope, Run or Lunges – 1 minute
Crunches (feet up) – 100 reps
🤔 THOUGHT
Morning workouts make it more difficult to have a bad day. Being a #4amcrew guy for years, I've thought about this quite a bit...
#1 I've walked in with "bad days" more times than I can count, only to walk out the door afterwards super optimistic and happy.
#2 If you can get your feet on the floor, in front of the mirror, and convince yourself to go to the gym, you win. Look at it as a daily win or loss. It's that simple.
#3 I can't think of one time I walked out of the gym at 5:30am wishing I didn't go.
I've accomplished so much by 7:00am that it's impossible for me to be hard on myself about something being bad.
