🤔 THOUGHT
Key Factors for Keeping a Tight, Productive Circle
#1 I'm allergic to drama
I'm allergic to drama and I always try to avoid it at all costs. If you don't want to interact with me, don't bring drama into our interactions. I have zero tolerance.
#2 Do what you say you're gonna do
Do what you say you're going to do in a timely fashion. Executing in a timely manner is essential in the business world. If you want to be the person people rely on, make this a part of your core.
#3 Minimize mistakes
Making a mistake once is understandable. It can be forgiven 9 times out of 10. But if you continue to make the same mistake over and over again, then trust begins to diminish.
#4 Always overdeliver
Overdelivering on a regular basis is how you succeed. It's how you beat out the competition. It's how you win. Overdelivery is ingrained into the culture we've built in my businesses, and the results speak for themselves.
Remember: you're never going to get ahead or stand out by only doing the bare minimum.
