Over these 10 weeks, I committed to becoming stronger not only physically but spiritually.

I approached this competition with the discipline I’ve built over the past six years, pushing myself daily in the gym while also investing intentional time into strengthening my relationship with our Lord and Savior.

This journey taught me that true transformation comes from consistency, faith, and purpose.

Along the way, I’ve also become a better husband and father—more present, more patient, and more intentional with my family.

I deserve to win because I didn’t just chase a physical change; I pursued growth in every area of my life, proving that discipline and faith together can create a transformation that goes beyond what you see in the mirror.
