I’ve worn one for years, and I use it every day as motivation. When I look down at that watch, I expect excellence. I expect effort. It reminds me of the standard I hold myself to.

Because here’s the truth: You don’t just wear a Rolex. You earn it.

You earn it in the early mornings. The sacrifices. The setbacks you fight through. The days you don’t want to show up, but you do anyway.

I only take mine off when I’m lifting weights. Other than that, it’s with me everywhere and is a reminder of the process I committed to.
