40.6 pounds down. A whole new standard.
Tyler came into the 2026 #IWANTABZ Contest knowing it was time to raise his standard.
Growing up, he was a high-achieving athlete, competing in wrestling and football before eventually wrestling at NC State. After college, that competitive energy shifted toward his career, while his health and fitness slowly took a back seat.
#IWANTABZ gave him the structure and accountability to lock back in. And he went all in.

"I believe I should win the I Want Abs contest because I fully committed to the process and attacked these ten weeks with discipline and consistency. I started this challenge at a higher body fat percentage than some of the leaner contestants, but the work I put in and the progress I made during these ten weeks can stack up against anyone.
This challenge and the standard set by Corey G Fitness and Max Effort Muscle gave me the structure and accountability to push harder than I have in years and truly lock into the process. I lunged my way to fat burn and embraced the work every single day. I stayed locked into the plan with no cheat meals and no shortcuts. I dialed in for my family and made every workout and every decision count.
I set goals at the beginning of this challenge, and I hit every one of them and then pushed even further.
During this competition, I also received life-changing news. God is blessing my wife and me with not just one child, but twins. That moment gave me even more motivation and purpose to lock in for the remainder of the challenge. It reminded me that everything I do is bigger than me now, and it pushed me to show up at an even higher level.
Growing up, I was always a high-achieving athlete who thrived in demanding environments. I competed at a high level in wrestling and football, which ultimately led me to wrestle at NC State University. After graduating and stepping away from athletics, I poured my energy into my career, and in the process, my health, fitness, and community involvement slowly took a back seat.
Today, I am a husband to an incredible wife, and I take pride in leading my family spiritually, physically, and by example. As we prepare to grow our family, I realized there was real room for improvement in how I was preparing myself to lead. I knew it was time to raise my standard.
This challenge gave me the opportunity to lock in and become leaner, healthier, and more disciplined for my family. It reminded me what it means to pursue growth through hard work and personal accountability.
I did not just chase abs during these ten weeks; I chased becoming the kind of man who is willing to do hard things for the people he loves.
Winning this competition would mean a lot, but more importantly, it represents the standard I am setting moving forward.
Discipline. Consistency. Leading from the front for my family."
