#2 Being healthy is a lifestyle 🥗
They stopped viewing dieting as a temporary thing they were doing for a transformation. Instead, they realized that eating healthy is a lifestyle.
Eating healthy is huge part of looking and feeling good every day. Accept it as your new normal. When you do, you'll start to look forward to eating these types of foods because you know that you're going to feel good.
#3 Having a plan 🗒️
To be successful in the long term, it is important to plan out your training and food prep. These habits are key to achieving your goals.
You are destined to fail if you leave your house each morning without a plan. Bad decisions happen when there's no plan or strategy in place.
It's like Ben Franklin says, “If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail.”
