I’ve always hated running. Honestly, I just never loved conditioning. I’m a lifter—through and through. It’s my passion, my job, my hobby, and something I study constantly because I absolutely love it.

But when I stumbled across lunging at the track after lifting one day, something clicked. It felt like an extension of lifting—but it transformed my physique, metabolism, and mindset.

That’s when Lunge & Learn was born.

Over the last decade, I’ve listened to hundreds of books and podcasts while lunging for hundreds of miles. Walking lunges. Stationary lunges. Iso lunges. Almost every day.
