100 Pounds Down—Courtney’s Max Effort Mafia Success Story

How Courtney Lost 100 Pounds & Changed Her Life 🚀

Courtney Arnaud is living proof that the Max Effort Mafia is more than just a supplement subscription—it's a community built on shared goals and self-improvement. After losing 100 pounds and getting in the best shape of her life, Courtney credits her transformation to the support and motivation found in the Mafia. She’s been following Cory since the MusclePharm days, and it was a choice between two paths: "I'm either going to do drugs or work out."

Courtney chose to channel her energy into fitness, and the results speak for themselves. It was all about overcoming her demons, looking at herself, and facing the darkness. That’s what pushed her. That’s what got her focused and locked in.

Now she’s part of a group where everyone is pushing to be better, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally, too. If you’re looking for more than just products—if you want a family with the same goals—this is where you belong.
