#299 Where’s the Spot?
There’s always a spot
There's always a spot where you can improve yourself. Where’s yours?
Start breaking it down. Is it in my preparation? Is it in my morning setup? Is it in my evening time? Is it with my stuff at work? Is my desk a mess? Am I planned out appropriately for the next campaign?
Where's the spot? There's always a spot. Everybody has one.
The new Busy AF Diet
When I created the new version of the Busy Diet, I was just answering a personal need. What was I looking for? More effectiveness, more efficiency, and more discipline. With my family, training, businesses, and food preparation. All of it.
The big question: "How can I make that happen with the lowest amount of preparation time possible, with the highest yield result?”
The new 21 Day Busy AF Diet was born
I’m down 10 pounds, I’m leaner, and I’m feeling awesome. On the mental side of things, I’ve been able to dedicate more time to my personal development. I haven’t been lunging due to some past injuries, so I’ve turned back the clock to some traditional cardio.
So, what’s my spot? I found an easier approach to my diet. I found more time for my personal development. I found a way to still get my cardio in.
What’s your spot? Where can you make yourself better? Start figuring it out, then get rolling.
