Why Not You?
Stop Sabotaging Yourself
One of the biggest things stopping people from getting what they want isn’t talent. It isn’t opportunity either.
It’s themselves.
People start making progress and then immediately start pulling the reins back.
They ask themselves questions like:
“Am I supposed to be here?”
“Can I really do this?”
“Is this actually possible for me?”
And without realizing it, they start lowering their own ceiling.
I grew up in a trailer. The message around me was simple: money doesn’t grow on trees, most people hate their jobs, and life is just hard.
That was the blueprint.
But something inside me believed differently. I believed I could build something bigger. That belief alone separated me from a lot of people.
When I started chasing this path in the late 90’s and early 2000’s, there was no roadmap. No podcasts. No social media. No playbook.
Today you have access to knowledge, examples, and guidance everywhere.
Which means the biggest thing left that can stop you is YOU. And this is the moment where most people sabotage themselves.
Their body starts changing. Their business starts growing. Their confidence improves. Then they enter territory they’ve never been in before.
And doubt creeps in. “Maybe this isn’t for me. Maybe I’m getting ahead of myself.”
So they slow down. They pull their own ceiling down.
Confidence doesn’t magically appear. It’s built through action.
You work. You learn. You fail. You adjust. And you keep moving. I believed in myself, but I also backed that belief up with work.
I didn’t wait for permission. I didn’t wait for certainty. I just kept knocking.
So ask yourself this question:
Why not you?
