Three challenging, core twisting movements that will leave your mid-section ablaze and wondering WTF happened.
💪 EQUIPMENT NEEDED
💪 One 45-lb. Bumper Plate
💪 THE SUPERSET
3-5 TOTAL SETS
Steering Wheels: 3-5 reps per side
Weighted Crunches w/ a Twist: 15-20 reps per side
Side Twists: 10-15 reps per side
2:00 REST BETWEEN SETS
💪TIPS 4 SWOLENESS
- DO. NOT overextend your back
- Hold plate at 10 and 2, wide foot stance
- Goal is to tap your elbows on the ground on each rep
- If you start to lose good positioning w/ your hips, cut that set
- If you can't do these, try to hold this position statically, or hold a plank
Weighted Crunches w/ a Twist
- Keep arms straight
- Alternate sides each rep
- Keep feet on the ground
- Keep hips as square as possible
