Equipment Required - 10 lb. steel plate (or similar) - light kettlebell

- Heel must be elevated (hence the 10 lb. plate)
- Kettlebell in opposite hand of the heel that's up
- Keep back flat as you lower the kettlebell to the ground (or as low as you can go)

- Heel must be elevated (hence the 10 lb. plate)

- Finish with back knee touching and lead knee over the toes
