Wide-grip Pull-ups

- Overhand grip, hands outside your shoulders
- Get your chin over the bar
- No swinging, break up the 20 reps if you have
- Can't do pull-ups? Use a band to assist or do heavy pulldowns

Incline Bench Press

- Squeeze the bar
- Aim for a high touch point on your chest
- Slight arch in the back to achieve a proper chest stretch & squeeze
