Alternating DB Regular & Hammer Curls: 6-9 reps each arm

THEN:

Front Raises: 6-9 reps (hit that 1-2 sec pause on each)
Shrugs: 18 reps
Upright Rows: 6-9 reps

- Keep bar touching your body all the way up, and all the way down
- Big squeeze at the top
- Minimum 3 seconds on the way up & the way down

Regular Curls

- No swinging

Alternating DB Regular/Hammer Curl

- Turn that pinky out at the top and squeeze hard
- No swinging

Front Raises

- Pause 1-2 seconds at the top on each rep
- Soft bend in the elbows

Shrugs

- Squeeze the traps HARD at the top
- Be like Bane

Upright Row

- Focus on squeezing your upper back & traps at the top
- Be like Bane again
