Banded Flys
- Tie up red mini-bands just above your head
- Step out away from where your bands are anchored (tree, post, etc.)
- Grab your bands, lean forward slightly, soft bend in the elbows
- Bring bands together in a fly and squeeze your chest at the top of each rep
Banded Presses
- Tie up red mini-bands just above your head
- Step out away from where your bands are anchored (tree, post, etc.)
- Grab your bands, lean forward slightly, soft bend in the elbows
- Press out in front of you, squeezing at the top of each rep
