Rep Progression Dumbbell Elbows-out Press & Dumbbell Rollback

Start with 1 rep of each, then 2 of each, and so on up to 6-8 reps
*Perform 3-5 sets in total

  • Make use to go all the way to the neck for a full range of motion (see video above)
  • All the way up, all the way down

Dumbbell Rollback

  • Focus on extending the elbows fully for a deep tricep cut
