- Use a straight bar and a flat bench
- Keep elbows tucked, bring the bar down to your forehead, then back up
Overhead Cable Extensions
- Use any attachment you have, use bottom pulley
- Step out away from pulley and press overhead, locking out every rep
Straight Bar Tricep Pushdowns
- Use straight bar
- Mix up your grips (narrow, medium, wide)
- Press straight down, control weight on the way up to chest height
