Straight Leg Raises
- Hanging from a pull-up bar, focus on pull down on the bar (engages upper back & lats)
- Point your toes and keep your legs as straight possible (helps engage your abs)
- It's okay to use a small amount of swinging, just don't go overboard

Weighted Crunches
- Use 10-25 lb. plate behind the head
- Big squeeze at the top on each rep
- Do on the floor or bench, or with your feet up on the edge of a bench
