On this week of #maxeffortmuscle supersets...

We're joined by WR squatter and Trigger Warning Conjugate owner, Anthony Oliveira. 

Bringing you a best-bang-for-your-buck SQUAT BUILDER superset. It doesn't require you to use heavy weight and doesn't require you to do a lot of sets. One thing is for sure... your legs will be smoked after a few sets of these!

3 TOTAL SETS

Aim for 5-8 reps per set

Lunge Right + Lunge Left + Goblet Squat = 1 rep

*Anthony uses a 30-50 lb. dumbbell depending on how many sets he's doing, or if it's his off day

 

TIPS 4 SWOLENESS

- Don't go too heavy... focus on getting a good pump here and hitting quality reps

- Keep your chest up - don't let it fall

- Don't let your knee crash into the ground

- Don't train in crocs
