All you need is a light set of dumbbells. This one’s built on iso-holds—keeping one side flexed while the other side does the work. It’s constant tension from start to finish.
Here’s how it works:
10 rounds, no rest. Start with 10 reps per side, then 9, then 8... all the way down to 1. You'll rotate through three movements:
The Moves:
✔ Dumbbell ISO Press
✔ Dumbbell ISO Curl
✔ Dumbbell ISO Row (neutral grip)
On each movement, one arm holds in the contracted position while the other completes the reps. Then you switch.
