Keep the knee still - think bicep curl (elbow doesn't move). Bring your heel to your butt and then tap the ground with your toe on every rep
Straight Leg Lifts
Keep your legs as straight as possible. Doing these WEIGHTED will thicken up that midline for the ultimate brick soup.
