Here is how to take it:
- Take 2 scoops daily
⁃ Either Post workout & another time daily or 2 scoops per gallon jug of water
⁃ Take 1 scoop with major meals
Multi & Joint
⁃ Take with food 1x a day
- Take 1-2x daily
⁃ Most take before conditioning
