Muscle Minute #105: The One Key to Unlocking Everything You Want
"Consistency is the key to everything you want in life."
Honestly, I try to run everything I want to accomplish through this lens first. If I were to commit to something for 21 days straight, then 30, 60, and eventually 365 days, how much better would I get at it? How would I feel, look, and operate?
I just know that nobody, no portfolio, and nothing great was created overnight. I try to have a realistic expectation for everything I start—even though sometimes that’s hard to do.
I urge you to start something and give it a real chance. Consistency is almost always at least one of the answers.
