Muscle Minute #113: Stay in the Game and Keep Getting Better
"It’s not about how fast you go—it’s about staying in the game."
I’ve always known that anyone who becomes great puts in a long, dedicated amount of time with supreme dedication to their craft—and the ability to adjust and adapt along the way.
What matters most is focusing on your daily dedication. If you obsess about getting better, even just 0.01% each day, then the long game of improvement will naturally unfold. Stay in the game, and be okay with delayed gratification. It’s tough, but concentrate on the task at hand, not the end goal.
Looking back, my biggest successes came because my daily dedication was on a whole different level for an extended period of time.
