Muscle Minute #147: Work Ethic Beats Talent
"It's not what you're capable of, it's what you're willing to do."
Talent is helpful, but it's the willingness to put in the work that makes the difference.
I’ve seen talent all around me, but what I’ve found is that it’s the habits, the relentless work ethic, and the drive to improve every day that set people apart. Whether it’s sports, business, or life in general, consistent work and perseverance will always outlast talent.
I don’t focus on what I’ve been given. Instead, I ask myself: What am I willing to do? The willingness to show up, to push past limits, and to keep going even when things get tough—that’s what truly drives success.
So, ask yourself the same thing: What are you willing to do? Lean into your authentic self, trust your intuition, and keep improving daily. That’s how you win.
