Habits are non-negotiable once you identify what your day needs to look like.

Once you know better, you can’t unknow it. I’ve learned this the hard way. For example, I know that eating bread makes me feel like crap. The truth is, I feel better, look leaner, and am more confident when I don’t eat it. I can’t unlearn that—it’s just how it is.

The same goes for my morning routine. Training at 4am has made my life way more successful. I can’t un-know that, and it’s something I’ve committed to.

So here’s the deal: stop living in fairy tale land. Start being real with yourself about what needs to happen. Once you know, you can’t un-know. Make it count.
