Muscle Minute #24: Look Inward for Real Change

“Look inward first. If you’re not starting, maybe you’re not doing enough work.”

It’s so easy to blame others when things don’t go right, and trust me, I’ve been there. But then I stop and ask myself, “Why do I feel this way?” I take a moment to look inward.

What didn’t I do that got me here? Why wasn’t I prepared? What can I learn from this and do differently next time?

I truly believe that even when it’s easy to point fingers, you should first look at yourself. What can you do to improve? Taking ownership of your actions and constantly developing yourself makes all the difference. When you do that, things usually start to change for the better.
