I hear a lot of excuses about why people can’t train or work on themselves. But here’s the truth: you have to fight for yourself. You need to take care of yourself in order to help others in the long run.
That might mean finding time by sleeping a little less, eating better, or cutting out nightly drinks. It all comes down to creating a new schedule that matches your new goals and ideals.
Don’t let the old situation control you. Get a new one and crush your old limitations.
