Early in my life, I realized something powerful: the same principles that work in the gym can also work in business. You can build wealth the same way you build a body. They both require the same components—consistent reps and education through trial and error.
There’s an element of quick results, but the real success is built over the long term. Both the body and financial success compound over time. It’s like this: 10-20 years of consistent workouts and 10-20 years of smart investing both lead to great bodies of work, if you're serious about it.
The key is consistency. Keep showing up, learning, and improving every day—whether in the gym or in business. The results will come.
