Muscle Minute #74: Are Your Actions Moving You Closer to Your Goal?
"Do something every day that takes you closer to your goal—no excuses."
I ask myself this question a lot: are the actions I’m taking today bringing me one step closer to my goal, or one step further away? It’s a simple mental exercise that I run myself through regularly.
I think about this not only with time spent on intentional development but also with the people I allow around me. Every decision matters—whether it’s about where I invest my time, energy, or who I surround myself with.
The key is to make sure that each action you take is moving you closer to your goal.
