Muscle Minute #87: Want to Fail? Don’t Do This
"The only way to guarantee failure is by not showing up consistently."
Sometimes, thinking in the opposite way can snap you out of a rut. Ask yourself:
"What’s the best way not to succeed? How can I not lose weight? How can I not build my business? How can I not get more confident?
Then, do the opposite of what you’re currently doing.
It's probably something you're already doing, but maybe not consistently enough, or with enough time involved yet. Take entitlement out of the equation and keep putting in the work.
The truth is, it takes longer and costs more. The price is time, hardship, and hard work. But showing up consistently is the only way to guarantee success.
