The most important thing I do before 4am

I’ve been doing this for years. Every single day.
3:45am alarm.
Half gallon of water in the YETI.
1 scoop of Amino Recovery + 1 scoop of Creatine Monohydrate goes in first.
That’s how I start the day.
I’ll do that twice... once before the gym, once later. It keeps me hydrated, helps recovery, and lets me go hard again tomorrow.
Then right before I walk into the gym...
1 scoop of Sour Gummy Pre Workout straight to the dome.
No shaker. No BS. Just flip the switch and go.
This is how I’ve stayed in it this long. Because I don’t miss this part.
