Whether you’re prepping for the #IWANTABZ contest or just want to look like a Greek statue, this program has you covered. It’s simple: one superset, every day, for 7 days, then switch it up. By the end, you’ll have 10 go-to supersets and a midsection that could stop traffic. Ready to enlist?
WEEK 1
The Ab Rebellion Begins.
The rebellion against weak abs starts now. Week 1 serves up a 6-9 set superset of weighted crunches and hanging leg raises to get your first batch of brick soup simmering to perfection.

WEEK 2
The Abz Strike Back.
The Abz Army isn’t slowing down. This week, we’re targeting those side panels with hanging leg raises and side bends. Five continuous sets will keep your abs on high alert, sculpting a midsection that even Darth Vader couldn’t crush.

WEEK 3
A New Hope for Abs.
The Force is strong with this one—Week 3’s Ab Wheel superset will shred every inch of that torso of yours.
If you’re not yet ready to wield the wheel, grab a plate and crank out weighted crunches—you’ll have abs more powerful than any Sith Lord 😈

WEEK 4
Any Way You Want Abz
Whether you choose crunches, leg raises, or ab wheels, 250 total reps will be your ticket to a galactic core. Embrace the challenge and let the Force fuel every rep.

WEEK 5
Revenge of the Abz
Let the raw power of the Sith fuel your workout and push you beyond limits. With each rep, turn up the heat and sculpt a midsection that could stand against any Imperial force.

WEEK 6
Attack of the Twists
This week, we’re targeting your midsection with a superset that'll leave your abs feeling like they just went into hyperspace. Russian Twists and Bicycle Crunches will sculpt those obliques into a shape even the Empire can’t destroy. And hey, after each set, tell your obliques how much they’re crushing it

WEEK 7
The Battle for Shredded Abs
The battle for a shredded midsection heats up in Week 7. Think of this as your personal Clone Wars—back-to-back movements that’ll carve out your abs faster than the Republic can lose a battle. The result? Sliced 'n diced abs.

WEEK 9
The Wookiee Shredfest
In Week 9, we’re focusing on strength and control, just like a Wookiee charging through a battle. Hanging Leg Raises, Ab Wheels, and Cable Crunches combine to hit your midsection with the power of a Wookiee clotheslining a Stormtrooper off his speeder. Push through this superset, and maybe, just maybe you'll emerge as shredded as Chewbacca.

WEEK 8
Return of the Ripped Midsection
We’re cranking up the intensity with 10 sets of weighted crunches followed by a sit-up finale to get yo abs screaming. This superset won’t be easy, but it’ll sculpt your abs with the precision of a Jedi’s lightsaber. Push through the burn and emerge with the strength and definition you’ve been building for weeks.
