MEAL 1: BREAKFAST
3-5 eggs cooked to your preference + Cheese ✓
Additional suggestion: Choose between avocado and bacon as an add-on option. ✓

TRI-BLEND PROTEIN: Take 1 Scoop
Mix 1 scoop of Tri-Blend Protein with 8-12 ounces of cold water or coconut milk. Vary the amount of water/milk to achieve desired consistency and taste.
MEAL #2: LUNCH
Lean meat paired with rice or sweet potatoes ✓
3 handfuls of assorted nuts ✓
