What to Bring
It’s going to be hot, with temperatures around 90°F, so be prepared! Bring a change of clothes, comfortable shoes, sunscreen, and a camp chair (optional but recommended). We’ll have plenty of water on-site to keep you hydrated, but make sure to bring your best attitude for a full day of fun and competition!
Agenda for the Day
The day kicks off with boat transportation starting at 12pm from Buckeye Lake State Park. After lunch, we’ll dive into the Muscle Island Olympics with events like pull-ups for reps, bench for reps, max curl, and the deadlift party. Once the events wrap up, we’ll enjoy dinner, a Morgan Wade performance, and finish with the awards ceremony at 8pm.
Food & Drink
At Muscle Island, we’ve got you covered with amazing food and drinks from Keeney’s Kitchen!
Lunch: Low Carb Chicken Tacos, Muscle Bytes, and Protein Banana Pudding—perfect for fueling up and keeping your energy high.
Dinner: Pork BBQ, Coleslaw, Green Beans, and for something extra, we’re serving Salmon & Veggie Medley—you won’t want to miss it.
Water and Drinks will be provided throughout the day to keep you refreshed.
Transportation and Parking
Transportation will begin at 12pm from Buckeye Lake State Park with boats running periodically throughout the day. Parking will be available at Buckeye Lake State Park.
