The 21 Day Busy AF Diet

The perfect diet plan to get lean, stay lean, and get strong... especially when life gets crazy.

THE BUSY DIET IN 3 MINUTES → BUILD BUSY DIET STACK →

Here’s how it works:

Meal Timing: Fast until lunch (black coffee, water, aminos are okay during the fast)

Upon Waking: 2-4 capsules Regular or Stim-Free Fat Burner

Meal 1 (Lunch): 2-3 scoops of Plant Protein, Probiotic, 1 scoop of Greens, 2-4 capsules Regular or Stim-Free Fat Burner. Grab the Busy Diet Stack here.
