Double Arm Bent Over Rows: 30 reps
Seated Band Rows: 20 reps

 

RUN

1/2 mile

 

5 SETS EACH

Dumbbell Bench Press: 30 reps
Flat Dumbbell Flys: 30 reps
Push-ups: 10-20 reps

 

RUN

1/2 mile

 

1 MONSTAH SET

Band Pulldowns: 30 reps
Double Arm Bent Over Rows: 30 reps
Seated Band Rows: 20 reps
Dumbbell Bench Press: 30 reps
Flat Dumbbell Flys: 30 reps

12 MINUTE ABS: 4 TOTAL ROUNDS

Add 3-lb ankle weights to wrist

Regular Crunches: 1 minute
Legs-up Crunches: 1 minute
Bicycle Crunches: 1 minute
