💪 WORKOUT
Dumbbell Shred 55 - Back/Biceps/Shoulders
WARMUP: 3-4 SETS
Band Pushdowns: 20 reps
Band Face Curls: 20 reps
Band Face Pulls: 20 reps
PUMP-SET TRICEPS: 3-4 SETS
Bodyweight Skullcrushers or Dips: 10-15 reps
Band Overhead Extensions Top Anchor: 20 reps
Single Arm Isometrics: 20 seconds each side at lockout
PUMP-SET BICEPS: 3-4 SETS
Rep Progression 6-8 reps (back & forth)
Single Arm Band Curls - Regular & Hammer
1-1 2-2 3-3 to 10 then switch arms
PUMP-SET SHOULDERS: 3-4 SETS
Lateral Raise & Press: 15-20 reps combo rep
3-4 SETS
Plank: 30 seconds to 1 minute
Crunches: 30 seconds to 1 minute
CONDITIONING: WALKING LUNGES
400 meters or 10-15 minutes
