Round your hips & upper back, keep your lats tight, and keep your core tight as you lay out. Once you lay out all the way, go straight into a skullcrusher. Don't let your elbows flare out on the skullcrusher!
Standing Ab Wheel + Skullcrusher
Start standing with a rounded upper back. Roll the ab wheel all the way until you are parallel with the ground. Go down to your forearms to hit your skullcrusher, then return the ab wheel to the starting position.
