10 reps, then :30 hold

- Legs straight, glutes locked, shoulder-width hand grip
- Pull down on the bar to engage the lats
- Squeeze your abs!

 

PUSH-UPS + PLANCHE HOLD

25 REPS, THEN :05-:30 hold

 

💪 TIPS 4 SWOLENESS

- Point the hands out, bring the toes forward
- Round the back, flex your abs, drift forward
- Stop when your position starts breaking
